Terms & Conditions

This English version is a translation to make things easier to read. If the two versions differ, the Indonesian version is the one that applies.

1. Quotes

The price calculator results and package prices on this website are a first estimate for what is listed. We work out the final price per order, based on the type, material, size, quantity, and deadline, then send it as a written quote that is valid for 7 days. Shipping is not included.

2. Payment

Printed products are paid in full before production. Apparel, packaging, design, photos & videos, and websites take a 50% deposit, and the rest is paid before the goods are shipped or the final files/website are handed over. Apps are paid in stages as set out in the quote.

3. Approval (proof)

Production only starts after the customer approves the proof, mockup, dummy, or design in writing on WhatsApp or email. Mistakes that were already visible in the approved proof (typos, names, numbers, sizes) are the customer's responsibility.

4. Revisions

Designs get up to 3 small revisions, websites up to 2, and photos & videos up to 2 for the edit. If the concept or scope changes, or something changes after approval, it counts as extra work with a new schedule.

5. How long it takes

Counted in working days (Monday–Saturday, excluding national holidays), starting when payment is received and the materials or approval are complete. Shipping time is not included. The estimate for each service is on its own page.

6. Normal differences

The color of prints and fabric can look a little different from what you see on screen, and can vary slightly between production runs. If color matters, ask for a physical sample first. Normal size differences: paper cutting ±3 mm, large media ±5% (at least 3 cm), clothing ±2 cm, packaging quantity ±7.5%.

7. Complaints & warranty

Complaints must be made within 2×24 hours (printed products & DTF) or 3×24 hours (apparel) of receiving the goods, with a video of the package being opened and photos of the defect. The goods must not have been used, washed, or altered. Production defects from our side will be reprinted, repaired, or replaced. Money is only refunded if a fix is not possible, up to the value of the defective items. Websites and apps get free bug fixes for 60 days after going live.

8. What can't be claimed

Color differences between screen and print, mistakes in a file or proof that was already approved, low-resolution files from the customer, a change of mind, and damage from use, washing, or ironing that doesn't follow the instructions.

9. Ownership

The work stays PGK's property until it is paid in full. Once paid, the copyright to the final design and the master files belong to the customer. The domain is registered in the customer's name and website access is handed over. App source code follows the contract. PGK may show the work on the Work page, unless the customer asks us not to.

10. Shipping

Shipping costs are paid by the customer. Once the goods are handed to the courier, the risk of damage or loss moves to the customer. Shipping insurance can be added on request.

11. Cancellation

Orders that are already in production or being worked on can't be cancelled, and the deposit can't be refunded. If PGK is unable to finish the work, we return the money.
