How to order & the rules
Clear from the start
Our timelines, number of revisions, and complaint deadlines follow what's typical for similar services. The full version is in the Terms & Conditions.
How long it takes
Landing page about 3 working days · company profile about 8 working days · online store about 16 working days · apps follow the schedule in the quote. The clock starts once your deposit is in and we have all your materials (text, photos, logo).
Payment
50% deposit up front, and the rest before the website goes live on your main domain. Apps are paid in stages, as laid out in the quote.
Revisions
Up to 2 small revisions before going live. If the scope of the work changes, that counts as extra work.
Ownership
The domain is registered in your name. Once everything is paid, the website, admin access, and files are yours. App source code is handed over as agreed in the contract.
Warranty
If something goes wrong (a bug), we fix it free for 60 days after going live.
Renewal
Domain, hosting, and email renew every year. We'll remind you before they're due.
