Privacy Policy

This English version is a translation to make things easier to read. If the two versions differ, the Indonesian version is the one that applies.

Scope

This policy applies to all information we handle across the services of PT Pandawa Gemar Kreasi ("PGK", "we"), namely design and branding, printing, apparel and merchandise, and digital services and apps, including when you use the pandawagemarkreasi.co.id website. Rafanto app customer data is covered separately in the privacy policy on the Rafanto website.

Information we collect

To prepare quotes, invoices, and order documents, we may ask for information that is reasonably needed, such as:

• Full name and/or business name;
• Shipping address and mailing address;
• Phone/WhatsApp number and email address;
• Tax ID (NPWP) or other identity data, only when needed for agreements, tax documents, or registering a domain in your name.

We only ask for data that is really needed to complete your order and meet legal obligations.

Forms and the price calculator

You don't need to create an account to use this website. The Ask for a Quote form and the price calculator button only open WhatsApp on your device, with the message already written. What you type in the form is not saved on this website's server.

Chat on the website

This website has a chat window. Your questions are answered automatically by AI, and can be passed on to our team if you ask. Chat content is processed by the AI service provider we use, and conversations passed on to our team are kept for up to 30 days. Please don't type confidential data like ID numbers, passwords, or card numbers in the chat.

Technical information & cookies

Our server records standard technical data (IP address, browser type, access time) for security and maintenance. This website also uses Google tags (Google Ads and Google Analytics) to count visits and clicks on the WhatsApp button from ads. These tags may store cookies in your browser under Google's privacy policy. If you'd rather not, you can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings.

What we use it for

• Preparing quotes, invoices, and order documents;
• Communicating about proofs, production, shipping, and handover;
• Registering and renewing domains, hosting, and email in your name;
• Meeting tax, bookkeeping, and legal obligations;
• Handling complaints and warranty claims;
• Keeping our systems secure and preventing misuse.

PGK does not sell customer data to anyone.

Sharing with third parties

We only share information as far as needed, and only with:

• Production partners and couriers directly involved in your order;
• The domain registrar and hosting provider (Hostinger) for website services;
• Government agencies, banks, or auditors when required by law;
• The AI service provider, to answer chats on the website;
• Supporting service providers (email, storage) that are bound to keep data confidential.

Security & storage

We protect data with reasonable technical and administrative safeguards, such as limiting who can access it, keeping records in order, and using official company email. Data is kept for as long as it is needed for orders, the warranty period, and legal obligations. After that it is safely deleted or made anonymous.

Your rights

Under Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection, you have the right to ask for access to your personal data that we manage, to correct it, or to delete it, as long as this does not conflict with our legal obligation to keep documents.
