Some jobs are printed in our own workshop in Tarumajaya, Bekasi, and some at partner printers we've tested ourselves. For you, nothing changes. One team is still responsible, the color standard is the same, and you still get a proof before production.

Clear from the start

| Proof | We send a digital proof first (for packaging, a physical dummy). Production only starts after you say OK on WhatsApp or email. |
| How long it takes | Digital printing about 2 working days · DTF about 1 working day · packaging about 13 working days after the dummy is approved. |
| Payment | Printing & DTF are paid in full before production. Packaging takes a 50% deposit, and the rest is paid before shipping. |
| Normal differences | Printed colors can look a little different from your screen · paper cutting ±3 mm · large media ±5% (at least 3 cm) · packaging quantity ±7.5%. |
| Complaints | Within 2×24 hours of receiving the goods, with a video of the package being opened. If the mistake came from our production, we reprint. |
