We also have our own T-shirt brand, Kreasi Pandawa. So your order gets the same standard we use for the stuff we sell ourselves.

Every tier includes your logo screen printed or embroidered in 1 spot. Minimum 24 pcs per style.
Starter
Budget fabric (blended combed 24s, local drill), rubber screen print.
Growth
Combed 30s or standard drill, plastisol screen print or neat embroidery.
Premium
Combed 40s or Japan drill, computer embroidery, full chain stitching.

| Process | Pick the style, fabric, and quantity per size → design mockup & fabric samples for your OK → production → stitching and print checked one by one → shipped or picked up. |
| How long it takes | About 10 working days after the mockup is approved and the deposit is in. |
| Payment | 50% deposit, and the rest before the goods are shipped or picked up. Once the mockup is approved, the deposit can't be refunded. |
| Normal differences | Sizes can be off by ±2 cm from the size chart. We pick the closest fabric color, but it can't be a 100% match. |
| Complaints | Within 3×24 hours of receiving the goods, as long as they haven't been worn or washed, and with a video of the package being opened. We repair or replace production defects. |
